Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Fragrance

Securely place the perfume bottle in its original gift box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it to the outside of your package.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our scent lab inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit for your next custom creation.
