How do I start creating my custom fragrance?

Begin by selecting your base notes, followed by heart and top notes from our curated library of premium essences. Our intuitive scent builder will guide you through the balancing process to ensure a harmonious blend.

What is the concentration of your perfumes?

All our custom creations are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP), containing 15-20% fragrance oil to ensure excellent longevity and sillage throughout the day.

How long does shipping take for a custom order?

Since each bottle is hand-blended and bottled to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Can I return a custom-made perfume?

Because each fragrance is uniquely formulated for you, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer discovery sample sizes so you can test your blend before committing to a full-sized bottle.

Are your ingredients vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All our fragrance oils and alcohol bases are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based products, we are working on expanding to more regions soon.
